When order will be shipped ?
It take 2-3 business days to prepare order and post tracking number to your registered email . All Friday orders will be arrange on following Tuesday / Wednesday with updated information.
How long does it take to receive an order ?
We send orders from different US and worldwide warehouse locations . Our general delivery schedule take 10-12 business days for USA customers and 10-15 business days for Euro Union Countries , UK , Canada , New Zealand , Australia Customers . Please be advised that in some cases unpredicted delay can happen for the human factors and it out of our control , however we fully responsible to deliver your order and will try to resolve any issues related to this matter .
There is no tracking updates within few days , my order was lost ?
The answer is NO .Please follow your delivery schedule range ( 10-12-15 business days ) , Some orders which was shipped from overseas location should pass custom control and as soon as it cleared ( usually within few days ) , updates will appear on system with Estimated Delivery Day. I have received tracking number , but there is no update on system
Tracking number should appear on USPS system within 2-3 business days ( not included Sun-Sat-Holidays ) . In case there is no updates within specified days , please contact us info@ucasespot.com

At Solution we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order you have two options : Return or Exchange.
