Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We represent many items that include actual images, while others feature stock images; overall, most customers are satisfied with the goods they receive. Nevertheless, we can demonstrate the real image of the item you ordered if you demand it.

Where can I view my order receipt?

You will receive:

  • You will receive an email confirming your payment along with the details of your order.
  • Payment Gateway Confirmation by PayPal or credit card depends on the payment type used and appears on your bank statement or PayPal activity.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
  • The production of items marked as "Out of Stock" has ceased.
  • Items with a backorder option are available and can be ordered at any time.
When my order will be received ?

Generally, we ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.

Depending on the country's location, it may take 12–18 business days or sooner.

  • USA: 10-15 business days
  • Worldwide: 12-18 business days 

Please note: We use the Economy Shipping Way, and there are no updates to the tracking system until the package arrives at your local USPS facility.
