Payment/ Return / Exchange Information

How do i pay for the order?

By using Credit / Debit Card / PayPal.

How it work :

  • At the checkout moment you be able to see “Place Order” button.                             
  • By clicking on that button, you'll create order with the given Order #.
  • Immediately you will receive email with detailed explanation and option to pay for your order.  
  • Please do not expect order to be shipped if you create an order but did not complete the payment.

Order will be shipped within 2-3 business days with the posted tracking number to your email  after payment was received . 

Delivery ETA

  • 10-12 Business days delivery to all USA states
  • 10-15 Business days delivery to Euro Countries, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Asia.

Note:

Delivery time start counting from the day you have received tracking number. Saturday, Sunday not a formal business days and can't be counted as business days.                                                                      

Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?

For returned item with the refund request , balance will be applied to the original payment method which was used for purchase . 3-5 business days funds will appear on account after refund processed . Confirmation email will be sent automatically to customer registered email .

Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

For our security, order will be sent only to the of original purchase country. Shipment can be made to the different address after direct communication through our email . 

How can I return an item?

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days after receiving your order,  by contacting us  using  following email : info@ucasespot.com or fill the RETURN FORM located on the home page . We will provide you with all  necessary return/ exchange information depending from requested situation .

After 14 expiration days  since the order got  official delivery confirmation on tracking system , refund or exchange will not accepted. 

Please note , that the order should  be in same new unused condition as you received and in the original packaging.

Any item which is not in described above condition, damaged or have missing their parts for reasons not due to our error , is not refundable .

We do not take responsibility  for customers wrong placed orders or wrong selected sizes , otherwise confirmation required . Please double check that you ordered correct size to avoid any future exchange or refund  .

Following  reason such as :  “I don’t like it” ,”Cheap quality” ,”I do not need any more” , “change my mind ” , “have change my phone model ” it is  not covered reasons to get  prepaid return shipping label and customer take responsibility  of return for their own expenses.  Shipping cost is not refundable .

In situation you have received order  which have noticeable factory defect , damage , completely different item ,missing any part , please contact us within 3 days with providing detailed picture .

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Most of our items same or even better than on picture. However camera have it  own "eye" vision . If you really worry about that  ,you can request real live picture before shipping by contacting us . 

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We always make the best effort to keep our stock available . However , if you facing that issue, please contact us and we will give you detailed updates when to be expected .
